  • Developed and maintained backend services using Python and FastAPI with MySQL databases, designing REST APIs for HR and CRM platform workflows covering interview scheduling, meeting logging, and lead capture pipelines.
  • Built production Next.js 14 frontend applications integrated with WhatsApp Business API, calling and SMS APIs, and SMTP for lead capture into Google Sheets, with multi-domain routing via Caddy reverse proxy, CI/CD pipelines, and scheduled encrypted mail backups.
  • Managed containerized microservices on AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Route 53) using Docker and Nginx, with Grafana and Prometheus health dashboards, N8N automation workflows, Cloudflare firewall rules, and function-level optimizations for cold-start latency and uptime.
